Every year, Waseda releases “Waseda University Topics,” which looks back on the events that occurred over that last year. In this year's video, we look back on the 2024 academic year and highlight the eventful days of our students while also showcasing alumni as they enjoyed long-awaited reunions and new encounters. Waseda University will celebrate its 150th anniversary in 2032 and is undergoing change at an unprecedented pace with the aim of becoming the best university in Japan by 2040, and the best university in Asia by 2050, for students who wish to contribute to humanity.
