North Spokane Corridor - Final Noise Report between Mission Ave. and the I-90 Connection

Project engineer, Bob Hilmes, discusses the final noise report for the North Spokane Corridor and the impacts that people could hear once the corridor is finished. In the video, Hilmes discusses areas where noise barrier were considered. However, due to feasibility and reasonableness criteria, a barrier was not needed. The video also explains that most areas will actually see a reduction in noise due to the fact that ground barriers will act as a noise reducer. So those that currently hear I-90, won't necessarily hear the North Spokane Corridor and could in fact hear less of the interstate traffic.
