Cryptocoryne wendtii ‘Tropica’ is an easy category rosette plant that comes supplied by Tropica as a pot and XL pot, where it is sustainably grown in our greenhouses. It’s characterised by its bronze colouration and hammered leaves with the colour more pronounced under stronger lighting conditions. Like most crypts it is a relatively slow growing species and given enough free space surrounding it will lay its leaves almost flat against the substrate. It will tolerate low lighting levels and CO2 injection isn’t essential but recommended in order to achieve the most attractive growth to thrive.
