Zallys XT510 è un elevatore elettrico idraulico concepito per essere usato come alza feretri per tumulazioni sia nei loculi che nelle cappelle fino ad un altezza di 4,00m. LXT510 è costituito da una struttura in acciaio verniciata a polvere per esterni, ed un motore ad ingranaggi in bagno dolio e cavi cablati che rendono la macchina ermetica e adatta a lavorare sia nellinterno che allesterno anche in condizioni estreme. La macchina è silenziosa, piccola e compatta, maneggevole e facile da usare garantendo in tutta sicurezza il lavoro delloperatore limitando al massimo tempo e fatica e manutenzione anche in caso frequente di utilizzo. Le due batterie standard per trazione da 80A forniscono alla macchina lenergia sufficiente a lavorare in continuo per circa 8 ore e con una semplice ricarica sfruttando la corrente 220V potrà essere nuovamente riutilizzata. Il timone sterzante dellXT510 ha un sensore di sicurezza che permette di movimentare la macchina solo in presenza delloperatore, è composto da comandi a leve avanti/retro, clacson, pulsante antischiacciamento, pulsante di disimpegno, chiavi on/off. Inoltre il motore da 800W ha un freno elettromagnetico che si inserisce automaticamente al rilascio dei comandi, evitando lo scivolamento del mezzo assieme al carico anche su rampe. Le ruote pneumatiche tubeless rendono il veicolo molto maneggevole e sicuro mantenendo sempre una forte aderenza su qualsiasi tipo di terreno. Il livellamento e la stabilità durante la fase di sollevamento sono dovute da quattro stabilizzatori a vite che agiscono sul terreno tutti e quattro sfilabili per consentire lallargamento della base dappoggio. Il piano per il feretro è dotato di rulli bloccabili per lo scorrimento frontale e di staffe per introdurre la bara lateralmente. La macchina consente di far salire sia loperatore che il feretro fino a 500Kg. The XT510 is an electric hydraulic lifter to be used as a coffin raiser to bury coffins up to a height of 4,00 Mt. The XT510 is made by a solid steel chassis powder coated with paint for exterior. The gears in oil bath and the cabled wires make the vehicle hermetic and suitable for internal/external environments and very reliable in case of extreme weather conditions. The machine is very silent, small and compact, easy to manoeuvre assuring total security during the operator's work. The machine will help and assist the operator avoiding fatigue, time, and no worries on maintenance even in a frequent use. The two standard lead acid 80A traction batteries supply the machine sufficient energy to work for 8 hours with a simple recharge, It can be used again. The XT510 swivel tiller head is made with a safety sensor which allows to work only in the presence of assigned personnel, supplied with forward/reverse speed lever controls, horn, bellybutton, on/off keys. The 800W motor is equipped with an electromagnetic brake that block off the machine preventing accidental slippery while on ramps at full load. The no-proof pneumatic wheels make the machine manoeuvrable and safe maintaining a strong grip on any kind of ground. The levelling and stability during the lifting phase is helped by 4 adjustable and unthreadable stabilizers to allow a larger support of the machine on the ground .The coffin's flat surface is equipped with lockable rolls for frontal scrolling and by stirrup to introduce the coffin sideways. The machine is capable to load and lift up to 500 kg including the operator and the coffin.
