It’s been a long time since I’ve felt this drawn to an actor’s performance. I keep replaying scenes just to see his acting. Boom is truly amazing here. You can feel every emotion in his eyes and expressions. You just fall in love with all of it. From this cold, prideful character to someone soft and vulnerable. From smiles that melt you to the kind of tears that leave you aching. I love him. I also really appreciate how the story lets him open up about his feelings and show his vulnerability. It feels so real and mature, and I love that. Smart being so understanding and supportive just makes it all the more heartwarming. Another thing I enjoy is how the series doesn’t waste time on filler couples or unnecessary subplots that just test my patience! (unlike a recent ongoing KBL... you know which one I’m talking about 😪). This one gives us actual depth and moments that matter. Please, please let it keep this pace! The only thing that bothers me a little is the shaky camera work.
