LIKE|SUBSCRIBE|FOLLOW: @cptexasfusion INDEGRIDENTS: • 20oz Shredded hash brown • 1lb Sausage cooked crumbled • 1/4 cup onion finely diced • 1/4 Cup red bell pepper diced • 1/4 Cup green bell pepper diced • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded • 8 eggs • 1 can evaporated milk • 1/2 tsp cajun seasoning • 1/2 tsp garlic powder • 1/2 tsp onion powder • Salt and pepper to taste INSTRUCTIONS: 1. First we will heat our oven at 350*. From there we will cook our breakfast sausage. Crumble once finished drain and set aside. 2. Next whisk 8 eggs, then adding in our onion powder, garlic powder, and cajun seasoning. 3. Next we will add in our chopped onion, and bell peppers. Mix well and add in our cooked sausage that we have crumbled. 4. Get our glass casserole dish and grease the bottom pan. From there add our potato hash on the bottom. Take 1/2 of our cheese and pour on top. 5. Next add our egg mixture on top with 1 can of evaporated milk. Finish with remaining cheese, then add salt and pepper as needed. 6. Bake at 350* for 50-55 minutes. Let it rest for 10 minutes and serve!
