2 x 24kg , 90", 2' rest 2 x 20 kg, 3' / 1 / 3' 2 x 16kg, 3' 2 x 20kg, 3' cleans Oof, painful but fairly "mid" effort session. Slept terrible last night + poor nutrition today meant low motivation and especially very low energy. So, again, on days like that I dial back my ambitions to simply showing up and getting the work done, even if it's slower or less intensity. That's how this session went; I just didn't have any crazy "turbo" energy to burn, the jerks keep murdering my quads with lactic acid, so I really just didn't focus much on pace or going very fast. Instead I really focused on technique, in this case especially working on getting my 2nd dip lower than usual and making sure my arms were fully, totally locked out when I hit that 2nd dip, even though I was using different weights throughout some of the sets. So from that point of view, it felt like a good session, just mainly technique practice that felt productive. Finished up with some upper body lifting.
