A sequence of functions is said to be convergent uniformly in the a domain, if there exists a N ∈ ℕ such that |𝑓(𝑥) − 𝑓𝑛 (𝑥)| less than ε , for any ε greater than 0 and all n greater than N. If a sequence of functions converges uniformly, it must converge pointwise.
