Molded Floral Cookies Recipe After 10 years of making these, I am sharing my molded cookies recipe with you. They are perfect with a cup of tea or coffee and are melt in your mouth delicious. Please tag & credit @sophiamyacupcakes if recreating and using my cookie recipe. #baking #cookiedough Happy Baking, Nina 💜 250g room temp butter 180g icing sugar 2 tsp vanilla bean extract 1 large egg dry ingredients mix together & set aside 410g all purpose flour 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1. Sound on to hear ingredients and technique. All ingredients should be ROOM TEMP. 2. Don’t over cream your butter & sugar. We want to avoid aerating it too much. They WILL slightly spread. 3. Get an oven thermometer for your oven. You’ll be surprised at the temp difference. 4. The time it takes to bake cookies will depend on the cookie size and YOUR OVEN. Bake until edges are JUST golden and cookies are no longer shiny! 5. Bake similar size cookies together, 2 inches apart on a baking sheet. 6. Please don’t ask for cups/F°. I weigh everything and work in metric. 7. You can use these molded flowers on cookies like I showed you, as cupcake toppers, on cake, drizzled with chocolate, etc. Tastier than fondant! 8. Storage: you can freeze cooled & baked cookies in airtight container layered between baking paper for 1 month. 9. You can freeze cookie dough for 1 month. Roll it out in between layers of baking paper and store in an airtight container. 10.
