Various of musicians marching and people following STORYLINE: Hundreds of people took part in a Palm Sunday procession through the streets of La Laguna in Tenerife on Sunday. As is tradition on Palm Sunday, many of those in the procession carried with them palm fronds, representing fronds laid on the road as Jesus entered Jerusalem. The procession travelled around the winding streets of La Laguna, a UNESCO world heritage site in the middle of the island, before heading for the Catedral de San Cristobal de La Laguna.
