COZY DAY OF COOKING AND SHOPPING | FALL CROCKPOT RECIPE | EASY WEEKNIGHT MEAL | JESSICA O'DONOHUE I am so happy you are here to spend the day with me! I'm bringing you along for a cozy day of cooking and shopping! We are going to Aldi and checking out the Christmas decor at Target and Kirklands! I'm also making a delicious and easy crockpot recipe that is perfect for an easy weeknight meal! Olive Garden Crockpot chicken: Add chicken breasts to the slow cooker. Pour over one 16-ounce jar of Olive Garden Italian Dressing Shake over grated parmesan cheese and ground pepper. Add one block of cream cheese or less if you only have 2 pieces of chicken or don't want it to be too heavy! -Place the lid on the slow cooker and cook on HIGH for 4 hours or low for 5-6. Shred the chicken with two forks right in the slow cooker. -Cook 16 ounces of pasta according to the package directions on the stove-top. Add the drained pasta to the slow cooker as well as 1/2 cup +/ of pasta water and a splash of milk. Sprinkle over more parmesan cheese if desired, stir and enjoy!
