Monitoring the declining health of my Chinese Elm, I wanted to give it a much-needed boost. Firstly, I did some major root work with the intention of developing a radial root spread, and then I repotted it into a fresh batch of soil. I also received a nice variegated Wrighta Religiousa (water jasmine) from my friend Richie. It has multiple trunks and lots of long branches, so a great opportunity was presented by pruning to develop a wind-swept style from this piece of material.
