Today, I share with you a simple recipe of a braided bread that is soft, buttery and delicious even after 5 days. Here is the recipe: 💠 Dough 330g Bread Flour 5g Instant Dry Yeast 40g Granulated White Sugar 3g Salt 180g Liquid Milk 1 Medium Sized Egg 40g Butter 💠 Toppings Little Liquid Milk (milk wash) Little White Sesame Seed Little Butter for soft crust and shine Bake at 180C / 350F for 20 to 25 minutes. Tips: 1. I used normal kitchen Weighing scale (g) in this video but you can use measuring cups too but please measure accurately. 2. Every oven is different, please bake according to your oven. 3. Before Baking, brush with liquid milk or egg wash (egg whisk together with 1 tablespoon of milk or water). 4. After baking, brush with Melted unsalted butter (It makes the crust very soft).
