On 9th October 1998 Abdullah Öcalan was forced to leave Syria. With this day, the conspiracy against him began. While he was trying to find a political solution for our peoples, he was forced to travel to different countries, ending in his impriosnment on Imrali prison island (Turkey). In a phone call on Christmas Day 1998 to his comrades, Öcalan evaluates the conspiracy planned against him and his people. The video is made from his original voice with English subtitles. Since February 1999 he is under isolation torture. His situation is aggravated as Turkey has created a lawless territory on the prison island, not adhering to International law standards.
