Today we are going to try some cheap $1 sushi/ sashimi and some more expensive traditional Japanese kaiseki which is brought out in courses. Typically it is seasonal ingredients and because it is cherry blossom season we ordered the seasonal kaiseki. It usually is small plates of sashimi, and other small dishes.
