Every year we grow different varieties of beans in our garden, and today we’re excited to share a delicious recipe we made. For this dish, we used 0.5 kg of beans, soaked them overnight, and then boiled until tender. We added one whole onion and a clove of garlic while cooking for extra aroma. Separately, we finely chopped one large onion and fried it until golden brown. After the beans were cooked, we mashed them into a smooth puree and topped them with the fried onion and garlic. In the video, we show the full cooking process step by step.
