From there, the trip heads south to Artesia, home to hidden Filipino gems where dishes like dinuguan and lechon bring big flavors and family tradition to the table. In Anaheim, the focus shifts to the Middle East with fresh, blistered manakeesh flatbreads, before heading deeper into Garden Grove for a massive Vietnamese spread, capturing the sheer range of dishes that define one of the largest Vietnamese communities outside of Vietnam.
