FuelBan Energising water. "Follow up video".

The following clips are from October / November 2010. I remain non the wiser as to why this happens, Only that it does happen, there seems on the face of it, that some way of energy transfer occurs, and the water takes on an energised state. 1/ by means as described by Joe cells and stages of charged water. 2/ By pumping circulating water as shown in my other video. 3/ by addition of orgone water {Seeding} an existing HHo Cell. More ways of charging water are without doubt yet to be discovered.. This video is related to { FuelBan on Energised water Part 2 } See part 1 also {FuelBan on Energised water Part 1 } please watch the other video to see what's occurring when water is pumped round before any electrolysis takes place, it is tested 1st, then again after some hours of being circulated by pump, the audible & visual differences is self evident... this also occurs with the addition of orgone water it seems. Though orgone WTR has not been Circulated by pump, nor had any electrolytes added, just left to sit for days / weeks sometimes, on a sunny window ledge. The same effects But from two very different sources. The only common denominator being the cell. ! These effects are very like the 3 stages of charging associated with the Joe cell's and there charged water descriptions...& Visuals...though the Water circulated by the pump, seems to jump past stage 1 & 2, going directly to stage 3.... Whilst I am unclear as to quite how these effects relate, it is clear to me that this foaming / latté, will occur in all cells given time, and that a cell would have to be designed to compensate for this. I have seen some videos on how to suppress foaming by adding chemicals, though how long the chemicals will remain active, & what if any other effects the chemicals might have is all open to debate. Interesting to note that I have had some strange PH Readings during these experiments too... but that's another video....
