《橋裝社區藝術計劃－龍匯》| Under The Bridge Art Project: Once Upon A Dragon Interchange 【參展藝術家 Participating Artist：張震揚 Martin CHEUNG】 78年香港生，修攝影藝術，喜暗箱作業，愛廣東燒味。 2001年畢業於澳洲維多利亞藝術學院，榮譽學士畢業，主修純藝術攝影系。 張氏最為人津津樂道的針孔作品，是將燒鴨轉化為針孔相機，於墨爾本唐人街所拍下的概念性作品 ﹣ Duck Cam – Melbourne (2001) 。 ​該作更為美國「針孔資源中心」 收藏品之一。 Born in HK 1978, graduated in Fine Arts Photography, works with Camera Obscura, loves Cantonese Barbecue. Graduated in Bachelor of Fine Arts (Honors) at the Victorian College of the Arts in Melbourne Australia in 2001. Cheung’s best known work is Duck Cam – Melbourne (2001), a conceptual photographic work which he converted a Roast Duck into a Pinhole camera, photographing Melbourne’s Chinatown. ​The work is collected by Pinhole Resource. 作品 Artwork：原型 Prototype ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 第四屆「橋裝社區藝術計劃-龍匯」原定選址於上年度新落成的九龍城交匯處世運公園的橋底柱身，計劃於園內舉行一連串藝文活動。由2020年2月開始至今，歷時一年多，去信多個政府部門申請，現階段仍停滯於九龍城民政事務處的公眾咨詢情序上，查詢公眾咨詢情序詳情，獲知需咨詢當區區議員，但仍未能獲明確的答覆及反對原因。因此，計劃至今仍未能於上址推行項目，面對疫情反覆等種種因素影響下，策展團隊繼續盡力嘗試推行此計劃，決定將作品移師到盛載着地區發展歷史的二級歷史建築群「牛棚藝術村」舉行展覽，於展場設置仿橋底柱身裝置以展示作品。 ​ 今年，香港及世界各地，一同面對「疫」景，故盼望計劃能回應社區正共同的困難，讓藝術發揮連結社區，慰藉人心的作用。是次計劃主題為「逆疫」，邀請三組本地藝術家透過藝術創作回應現今當下狀態，望啟發公眾擴闊對藝術的想像，思考疫後的景況。 面對一息萬變的疫情，始料不及的變化，香港人逆水行舟，堅忍抗疫。疫情過後，香港人又會是繼續營營役役，抑或精神奕奕面對轉變？ 祝願 香港人平安健康！ 展覽日期：15/3-14/5/2021 展覽地點：牛棚藝術村8號室 參展藝術家：張震揚、挨壁靠事務所、黃進曦 計劃網頁：http://www.arttogether.org/dragoninte... ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The original plan for the “Under the Bridge Art Project: Once Upon A Dragon Interchange” was to exhibit the artworks on the pillars under the flyovers of the Kowloon City Interchange at the Olympic Garden, followed by a series of fringe activities. The application procedures for using the venue have lasted for over a year since February, 2020. Despite having sent out applications to several government departments, the process remains at the stage of the public consultation by the Kowloon City District Council. Upon inquiry on the consultation details, we were told that certain District Councillors had expressed opposition. Yet, a clear reason was not given. Until now, the project still cannot be launched at the original venue. Regardless of the unpredictable epidemic, the curatorial team has been going all out to bring the project to fruition. Eventually, we decided to present the artworks at the Cattle Depot Artist Village, a Grade II historic building complex carrying the history of the district’s development. This year, everyone in Hong Kong and around the world are facing the same adversity – the epidemic. The theme is therefore “Against the Epidemic”. We seek to release the power of art in connecting the community and comforting people by responding to this ordeal collectively experienced by the community. In imitation of the pillars under the flyovers, eight pillars are set up to display the artworks of three groups of artists. By creatively responding to the present milieu, artists wish to embolden the public to expand their imagination of artistic expression and evoke reflections on the post-epidemic world. In face of the erratic outbreak and fickle circumstances, we have been resolutely battling against the epidemic. Will Hong Kongers return to their hustle and bustle or will they meet the changes in high spirits? Wish all Hong Kongers Peace and Health!
