Out of the box our new Harbor Freight Predator 5000 Watt Dual-Fuel SUPER QUIET Inverter Generator would not work with our van! After some research we found out this generator had a floating neutral. The floating neutral was recognized by our Surge Protector as an "Open Ground" condition and would not allow power to pass through to our Van. The Neutral-Ground Bonding Plug resolved our issue!
