Kidneys: Bipolar length of– (a) Left Kidney is 12.96 cm, mildly enlarged in size. (b) Right kidney is 13.71 cm, normal in size. Both kidney mild enlarge in size. There are multiple anechoic cystic mass lesions are seen in the both kidneys, numerous in the left, the largest one measuring 5.11 cm and right 5.88 cm. Cortico-medullary differentiation is still maintaining. Echogenic renal sinuses are normal on both sides. No evidence of hydronephrosis is seen on either side. Urinary Bladder: Well filled with smooth outline. Wall thickness is within normal limit. No intravesical lesion or calculus is detected. Seminal vesicle: There is cystic lesion is observe in the seminal vesicle. Prostate: Normal in size. It shows homogenous echotexture with smooth and intact capsule. Aorta, IVC, and other abdominal vessels are normal. No ascites or Lymphadenopathy is noted in abdomen.
