Eqtibasat (Arabic for Quotes) is a visual and musical project by Hekmat Al-Kassar that stems from an artistic and psychological desire to communicate with the inner self. Through Eqtibasat, Hekmat presents his perspective to the world, reflected in his illustrations and visuals, as well as the words that "Q“, Eqtibasat's computer vocalist, sings over music that is experimental in nature, and which sonically combines piano and electronic elements.
