This video demonstrates a turnkey complex plastic container/ bottle vision inspection system for a structured motor oil bottle with a view stripe. It features our Bottle/ Container X flagship true 100% vision inspection system. This system uses our all-inclusive, proprietary IDEAL Vector X software with machine vision toolkit. This delivers quality control inspection for choked neck, contamination, spots, flash, short shots, pinholes, deformation, view stripe position, thin spots, thin wall, trim and seam defects, and discoloration. It can inspect the thread body and structured areas also for contamination, flash, and short shots. It can do dimensional analysis of mouth ovality, inner diameter, outer diameter, thread dimensions, and bottle height or any other measurements you require and at your discretion. It also comes with cavity number and mold number reading and correlation to analyze data and help find root cause. The system has full handling including a transfer conveyor, vacuum conveyor, and one touch automatic job changeover to change belt and camera position based on container/ bottle size and recipe. The transfer conveyor acts as a container/ bottle separator and orientation positioner. The handling system includes container/ bottle jam and missed reject protection.
