Everybody loves a good cheat day, right? Well, I have been working very hard to diet correctly to lose fat as fast as possible without losing any muscle and I think I have done very good! Iv lost over 33 pounds of body weight and put on muscle at the same time, all in only 2 months! So, I think I deserve a cheat day. AN EPIC CHEAT DAY! What better way to show that I have not been starving myself, eating small portions of food and shrinking my stomach. Then by putting my stomach to the test with the 10,000 calorie challenge! Thats 10,000 calories in one day. Thats 3 and a half days worth of calories for me on my current diet. Have you ever eaten 10,000 calories in one day? What will happen when I try it? Will it set me back in my weight loss progress? Will I be able to recover and get back on my diet once its done? WILL I EVEN BE ABLE TO EAT THIS MUCH FOOD?!?!?
