Welcome to episode 25 of Paths in the Outdoors, we speak to Harrison Ward who found the outdoors after a difficult few years and incorporated his love of food combining his new and old passions. He uses his experiences to share with other, bringing people around the ‘table’ with the food he cooks on the fells. This path has led to all kinds of opportunities, one of the highlights being on the BBC with Mary Berry. As a mental health advocate he tells his story for others to see the benefits of the outdoors and finding a passion.
