It's time to take a trip to grandmother's house, cut up a slice of Americana, and enjoy one of the, in my opinion, more flavorful shots you're going to have. I'm going to start off with a shaker, and I'm going to throw a little ice in there, despite it being called hot apple pie. We're going to make it cold. Just an old adage back in the bar days. In Old England, they used to spice up everything. Here in America we chill it down. Anyway, we're going to use a little bit of cinnamon schnapps to start this off. That's ghost lager to you novices out there. I'm going to use a little bit of apple. I know it's a shock to hear, but we're going to use a little apple pucker, about a half a count. I don't know if you saw that first one, about an ounce. I'm going to try and make an ounce and a half shot here, so about half a count of your apple pucker. Then we're going to use a little bit or Irish cream. This is your crust. I'm going to mix this altogether. Use a little mixing glass on top. Shake it all around. Use your pie scoop or, in this particular case, just your shaker, pour it in, and for just a little bit of flair, I'm going to put a dash of cinnamon on top there. Don't be afraid to use too much. It tastes good every time. So what we have here is a nice slice of hot apple pie.
