Professor's Light Academia Residence | The Sims 4 Speed Build [CC + links + tray files]

As requested by some of you, I made a Light Academia build :) It could be a home for a large family, or since it's in Britechester, students could rent some of the rooms at the top floor! I started this build last year and left it unfinished after furnishing the first floor. I feel like there's a noticable difference in quality between the top floor which was completed recently and the rest of the build from a few months ago, but I hope you don't mind. Maybe it's a sign that I'm improving :) I hope you're all doing okay, given everything that's going on in the world right now.
