Introducing the new 90° Endmill Heads with MULTI-MASTER and FLEXFIT Threaded Adaptations that mount HM90 AXCR/APCR 15 and 16 Insert Sizes. These heads come with high pressure coolant (HPC) options, offering several advantages. Firstly, they provide a longer tool life and higher metal removal rates (MRR). Additionally, they allow for larger radial engagement (ae) and improved chip control and evacuation. The screw-in design configuration of the heads greatly expands the customization options for HELIALU tools. Users can now utilize MULTI-MASTER and FLEXFIT shanks, adaptors, extensions, and reducers. The expansion includes metric sizes of 25, 32, and 40mm for both families of 15 and 16 size inserts, as well as imperial sizes of 1.00", 1.25", and 1.50" for the same insert families.
