MAXDAYS 2024 Spotlight Session: Mixed Methods with MAXQDA

This session will provide an overview of MAXQDA functions for mixed methods research projects in four major themes through a demonstration of an example study. These themes are: (a) organization and management of data, (b) data analysis, (c) integration, and (d) visualization and reporting. Specifically, we will focus on the mixed methods functions (Crosstabs, Interactive Quote Matrix, Side-by-side Display of Results, etc.), statistical features (Frequencies and other descriptive analyses) as well as the visual tools (Code Matrix Browser, Code Relations Browser, MAXMaps) in MAXQDA to demonstrate how researchers can use these tools in mixed methods projects.
