Upon examination, a rubbery, hard gland measuring 5 cm in diameter was found. According to Dr. Beldholm’s grading system for gynecomastia, this condition is classified as Grade BB 2a. Dr Beldholm’s current recommendation for treatment is gland excision combined with VASER liposuction (suction-assisted lipectomy). Age: 28 years old at presentation Operation: VASER liposuction (suction-assisted lipectomy) performed on anterior chest both sides.
