#mt09 #yamaha #blownengine So as you may have seen from Instagram my engine blew up on the MT09 at around 39/40k miles, I didn't know what caused it to begin with but after some checking it looks to be that all the conrods were burnt out so I'd imagine due to oil starvation from previous owners poor maintenance over the last 10,000 miles. Luckily, nothing bad happened. I didn't come off. The crank didn't lock up, and we're now back up and running! Let me know if you want to see a video of me stripping the old engine down and investigating the mess that was caused, and see if we can salvage anything 𝗦𝘂𝗯𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗯𝗲 / @revitrich 𝗦𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘀/𝗔𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 (If you wish to work with me please get in touch with me via Instagram) 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮 📸 www.instagram.com/revitrich/ Gear 🏍️ Yamaha MT09 🪖 HJC RPHA 70 🧥 Knox Honister or Urbane Pro Mk3 Setup 📷 DJI Osmo Action 4 🎞️ K&F Concept ND Filters 🎤 Dji Mic 2/ Dji Lav Mic 📞 Cardo Packtalk Edge 📽️ *DISCLAIMER – READ BEFORE WATCHING* This video is intended for *entertainment and documentary purposes only**.
