NEW FACEBOOK PAGE - / backyardchefscasualkitchen NOTE: You have to answer all membership questions to join it's fully automated and accept group rules Ingredients For the Corned Beef Filling: 1 can (340g) corned beef, diced or mashed 250g mashed potatoes (firm, not too wet) 1 small onion, finely diced 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (optional) 1/2 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp mustard powder (optional) 50g cheddar cheese, grated For the Pastry: 1 sheet ready-rolled puff pastry 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash) For the Cabbage Side: 1/2 head of cabbage, shredded 25g butter Salt & pepper to taste For the Parsley Sauce: 25g butter 25g plain flour 300ml milk 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped Salt & pepper to taste 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard (optional) Tray used 9 x 13 inch Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
