Have you ever wondered how we ensure that our recipes are always healthy, balanced and, above all, delicious? It's all thanks to the recipe testers from our Culinary team, who cook each dish with love and subject it to 3 tests so that everything turns out perfect. In this video, our Recipe Tester Eva shows you our facilities in Sydney. You can see our newly renovated, absolutely stunning test kitchen (0:14) and the pantry where we keep dry ingredients, seasonings, and spice blends (0:21). Eva also shows us the large fridge where we keep sauces, fruits, vegetables, and other fresh ingredients (0:26). You can also take a look at one of our board rooms, where Eva starts each day having a coffee while reading through her emails and the recipes she will cook that day (0:37). Eva explains how, after this, she prepares her cooking bench and starts cooking.
