Queensland is in for a wild week, especially out in the west where very heavy rainfall which could for some locations amount to a years worth of rain supply is expected, driven in by two tropical lows and a moisture band being fed by both the Gulf of Carpentaria and the Coral Sea. As such, widespread falls between 150-500mm are expected across central QLD this week, with heavy falls also possible along the north QLD coast. A cyclone is also on the cards offshore from WA.
