Postpartum phase not only bring joy to the new mother but also brings uncertainty, fear, exhaustion, depletion, loneliness, occasional anxiousness. Postpartum Blues is a phase after child birth where the new mother has low mood and mild depressive symptoms. These symptoms begin shortly after the childbirth.
