While living as an individual in this world, how can we make our actions and interactions proper, meaningful and fulfilling? Poojya Swamiji explains that this will be possible only when our mind becomes Spiritual and Yogic. The secret lies in gaining the right knowledge about oneself. Swamiji says, the feeling that we are the body is only a notion. The recognition of the true nature of 'I', that we are spiritual and not material, will instil in us a new perception and will bring about a transformation in our understanding of matters. The 'I' ever remains free and dissociated from all else. We truly have no ownership over any activity - be it physical, mental or worldly. All actions are done by the Nature through its gunas. So, relinquishing the ego and possessiveness with regards to all activity, we should be active in the world, but with this new Yogic orientation of mind. It is this inner renunciation of ownership and possessiveness, which bestows peace, freedom and fulfilment in life.
