Episode In Spanish Invitada SILVIA BORGHI Sobre Silvia: Silvia es Licenciada en Bellas Artes por la Universidad Nacional de Rosario, Argentina, donde nació y vivió hasta los 35 años. En ese momento, por motivos afectivos, se trasladó a México, país donde decidió continuar su vida desde hace 24 años. A partir de ahí inició otro camino respecto a su formación, en el área de las Artes como recurso terapéutico y la encuadernación como soporte objeto de su obra. Es encuadernadora y líder del proyecto: “Fetiches de cartón”, de producción artística artesanal de libros de artista en la Ciudad de México, donde reside. Le gusta pensar que crea libros, libretas y diarios como espacios para que otras mujeres se expresen. Recupera materiales, técnicas y oficios. Gusta de lo múltiple, lo mucho y lo viejo. Tramas, hilos, papeles y colores son su materia. Ha impartido seminarios de este oficio en instituciones universitarias y talleres de Argentina, Miami, Ciudad de México y en el interior de la República Mexicana. Es asesora permanente de artistas visuales que utilizan el libro como soporte de obra. Se especializó también en Arte terapia por la Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana de Xochimilco.
