Welcome back to Day 1 on the Disney Destiny — Part 2 of our embarkation adventure on Disney’s newest cruise ship! ⚓✨ After finishing our muster drill, we head straight to the Sail Away Party, where an unbelievably catchy song kicks off our voyage. Trust us… it’s been stuck in our heads ever since! 🎶🚢 Next, we get a front-row balcony view for Loki Takes Over the Disney Destiny, an action-packed, hilarious, and totally unique show you can only experience onboard. Then it’s time for a little peace and quiet as we soak in the sunset from our verandah — the perfect moment to breathe in the magic of this brand-new ship. 🌅💛 For dinner, we’re transported to the Pride Lands for the Feast of the Lion King, an immersive, musical dining experience full of delicious food and incredible theming. 🦁🍽️ We wrap up our first night with one of our favorite Disney cruise traditions — a towel animal waiting in our turned-down stateroom.
