Andy CAPPER has contributed to wide array of fields related to Vice magazine, having co-founded the UK division of Vice. He has produced video content throughout the Vice.com franchises, and several documentaries. He directed feature length documentary "Reincarnated", premiered at the TIFF. Suroosh ALVI is the co-founder of Vice, a youth media brand operating in 34 countries. He is a traveled journalist and an executive producer of film. In 2012, he traveled to Jamaica with Vice, where he produced the feature length film, "Reincarnated", featuring Snoop Lion, along with Ted CHUNG, senior Partner of Stampede Management, President of Doggy Style Records, CEO of Snoopadelic Productions. They discuss the international co-production "Reincarnated" wich is part of the official selection.
