Let's Play Stardeus once more, now in Early Access! Yes, I'm excited. Today we go with a ridiculous start and try to pull back together a spaceship that has been blown into three distinct chunks -- and then two more side chunks just for fun. As a consciousness uploaded to a Computer (what are ethics anyway?) it is your job to control the AI and corral the humans into somehow surviving and trying to find a new home for humanity. But before we can get to space exploration, we need to go all the way back to basic physics and simple machines. Okay class, who can tell me what happens when you use one steel cable to pull two parts of a spaceship floating adrift together once more? Stardeus is a very promising looking spaceship and colony survival game that is still in heavy development and not yet in early access. The developer was kind enough to give me Alpha access to take a deeper look at the game and gave no restrictions for what I can show. His only request is simple: remember that this game is in alpha and there will be bugs and things that don't always work. So far everything I've let him know about has been fixed very quickly.
