Shrink sleeve labeling allows your packaging to stand out from the crowd. Your creativity and messaging will be certain to shine through - reflecting your brand and offering a 360º view of your product for full graphic impact. We can start with a physical sample of your bottle or package. Once we have your sample, we take detailed measurements so as to create the best fit possible. Our in-house art department then reviews your artwork files and details them for our printing presses. The artwork is distorted so the graphics will receive the desired results after being shrunk. A 3D model is then created and the artwork is then sent to production. We print your product on our Digital 6000 HP Indigo printer which can print up to 4000 feet of shrink per hour. We can print your shrink sleeve with a transparent or a matte look. Shrink sleeves can either be individually cut or finished on a roll depending on the application method. Century will work with your shrink sleeve applicator to confirm the best finishing method. Century can also provide perforations on your shrink sleeves which is often used on sleeves that will be applied to bottles with screw off tops to provide tamper resistance. Perforations can also be applied to the side of a sleeve to allow easy removal. There can be up to two perforations per sleeve. Shrink Sleeves are then seamed and cut. Once finished they are inspected for quality and prepared for shipping. When shipping your order it may require using a refrigerated shipping truck when shipping over long distances. Storing shrink sleeves in a non-climate-controlled warehouse is not recommended.
