SUPERBOWL SUNDAY!!! Today I get the privilege of smoking meat for 60+ people. 30 pounds of Beef Chuck Roll. this was stressful. when you have that many people, some will not understand the patient process and it makes you kinda rush, my advice to you, tell them they can go to Mc Donalds and not come back lol. I fell for the rush talk and meat did not come out as tender as I wanted. (they will not be on the invite least for next year hahaha) but the Z Grill did its job, held perfect temp throughout and probes reported the temp accurate on the app. I honestly love this smoker. I wish I could get the 2026 Multitasker as my first upgrade and sho you all that one, I think it will be an awesome next choice, but unfortunately not on my upgrade list. maybe Z Grills will see this and make an exception!?!? who knows lol. I'm using Smokin Pellets on this smoke. gave me a great smoke ring and good reports from the party that it had a good smoke flavor. good job guys! enjoy the video ‪@SuckleBusters‬ ‪@ZGrills‬
