Custom Blinds? Try Ikea for Half the Price

While renovating our 3 bed 2 bath home, we researched pricing on custom blinds for the 7 of the 9 windows and realized this was going to get very expensive. At minimum, custom blinds with the cheapest materials were coming out to 250+ per window. Considering the double panel vinyl windows themselves cost less than 200 each, this was not an option.
