In the robotic milling process shown here with the Kawasaki Robotics BX200L robot, we use Sprutcam software to create a precise 3D model, allowing us to generate the trajectory the robot will follow. With the K-Positioner single-axis turntable, we have full control over the rotation of the workpiece, allowing us to achieve maximum precision during milling. The entire process is controlled by an advanced robot controller that provides incredible accuracy, even to hundredths of a millimeter.
