**WARNING: CONTAINS FLICKERING IMAGES!!** One of my all-time favourite games on the SEGA Mega Drive, Space Harrier II has always had a special place in my heart since my school days. Now, with the release of the SEGA Mega Drive Mini 2 in 2022, fans of this game FINALLY get to play it in a form very much like the original 1985 release of the first Space Harrier game - Super Scaler-style! In this video, as the title implies, I do a full playthrough of this new version of the game on the Hard difficulty setting. (Something I haven't attempted since the last time I had played through the Mega-Tech version on Difficult mode back in 1995.) It's certainly not a "deathless" playthrough, and journeying through Hot Palace had quickly become a hot mess, but I reckon I did alright.
