These are another that must be on your grow list for next season, or better still, call Brian at www.ghostpepperstore and order some. You will not be disappointed. How hot was it? Ridiculously hot. Very few peppers are hotter than this one was. It wash`t too painful and the heat moved around from front to back of the mouth, then the throat, then back to the mouth. Did it make me ill? Not this time, no. I suffered no ill effects on my stomach at all. It didn`t even try to make me cramp up, which is always nice! On my scale, I`d rate this at an 8/10 for heat and/or pain. Insanely hot, but also one of the very best tasting peppers out there. Delicious!
