如何开展一个良好的公益项目？在从事公益项目中遇到困难时应该如何面对？戴传杰老师讲述了在云南支教两年的经历，描述了在公益服务过程中常常会遭遇的“无力感”以及如何通过行动去逐步克服这个无力感，慢慢带来改变。任何公益项目的开展，都不可能简单地解决一切问题，只有在行动中不断调整，长时间坚持地在一个领域内不断耕耘，才有可能寻找到答案。   How does one carry out an effective public welfare program? Our next speaker, Dai Chuanjie, describes his two-year experience in Yunnan as an educator for the non-for profit, "Teach for China." Mr. Dai faced many unforeseen obstacles during this period and concluded that despite the good intentions of welfare programs, it is naive to think that they can solve all problems. Alternatively, success is realized through adjusting strategies to focus on small, and important details, rather than broadening an organization's responsibilities beyond its own capabilities. Before arriving at Shanghai Qibao Dwight High School as a history teacher, Mr. Dai taught at a Junior High School in Yunnan Province as an employee of Teach for China. As will be discussed further in his talk, Mr. Dai continues his adamant support of the “Yunnan Education Supporting Program” and hopes that such public welfare programs can persist. 戴传杰是一位历史教师，七德“云南乡村学校服务项目”指导教师。他的演讲分享了云南乡村学校支教两年的经历与感想以及对于他之后教育经历的影响。公益活动的效果，可能不会立即呈现，因此他呼吁人们追求长期投入。 This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
