You can I believe start COOP missions solo and stop people entering, but I had a friend sit AFK hiding in a spot where no patrols go whilst I went and done everything else. The trophy requires patience and hoping the game does not bug out on you. I have had a lot of times ive been "spotted" when I shouldn't have so play as if you expect something to bug. Start from A, then B then C. A is easy with the spot I start in picking off targets, I near enough never get spotted on A site. B is tedious because the only way out is downstairs, and we enter through the roof. Going into the site when no one has moved downstairs is a sure way to set off the alarm so this one is really where you want to lure them away from their default spot to pick them off. Then once you have cleared a large majority of people then enter through the roof and get the bomb. C looks the most menacing, and if you start on it it certainly would be. But with the roof across the river you can easily snipe enemies without setting the alarm as you are too far away to be spotted. Clear out as many as you can whilst they are alone / in a pair, then once you think you've cleared enough then glide down and try to find the bomb; hopefully it will be in the building closest the river, if not, sneak out the back and into the next building along. With every bomb site be VERY careful on the inside. In A you have three that are in rooms, B has a lot of people inside and C you have people that come in and out of buildings continuously so always be on high alert and listen out for footsteps.
