I run a bakery from my apartment in Stockholm, Sweden! Every week I sell pastry boxes filled with four different pastries. This video is a look at my week and everything I do to be able to get 45 pastry boxes out the door, while working a 9-5! We’re only open on Saturdays, and everything is baked to order in my apartment kitchen! Preorders open every Tuesday at 12:00 noon (Swedish time) and close on Wednesday—or earlier if we sell out.
