In recognition of ICCD 2026, PAPERI is honored to feature a special leadership conversation with Dr. Zainab Shinkafi-Bagudu, President-Elect of the Union for International Cancer Control (UICC), Founder of the Medicaid Cancer Foundation, and Senior Adviser to the Honourable Minister of Health of Nigeria. Dr. Shinkafi-Bagudu is the first African President-Elect of UICC and a global advocate for cancer equity, women’s health, and universal health coverage.
